Installing Addons
The easiest way to install addons and keep them up to date is by using the CurseForge App. You can install addons while the game is running and you can type /reload in chat to load any newly install addons without restarting the game.
IMPORTANTThe CurseForge App will ask you to create an account but it’s not necessary.
Recommended Addons
The following addons are strongly recommended, but not required, though they will signficantly improve your experience.
Total RP 3
If there was an absolutely recommended addon, this would be it. Total RP 3 opens up a whole hidden world on RP servers by allowing you to view other character’s RP profiles and create your own. It can be a bit daunting at first but we have a guide available to help you get started!
Chattynator
Chattynator is a non-bloated Chat replacement addon that adds a lot of useful features and is easy to use. It adds persistent chat history as well as the ability to click links, plus much more.
Yapper
Yapper allows you to send longer messages by automatically splitting longer messages in to multiple messages. This is especially helpful during RP so the other person or people know that you’re done with your turn and they can start responding.
